My soundcard isnt working i use MusicMatch Jukebox for hp and it says MMJB Soundcard Problem my sound wont work and it says there is no soundcard or one isnt selected i need help because i have to watch a stupid video for work and i need sound for it please help i need by tomorro

Eh, I show that's the model of a monitor. Is it possible that the Pavillion tower itself has a different model number
