I especially am into recording audio also,but need a program which is better in recording audio and midi and more user-friendly than cubas

Audition and goldwave are only audio editors with no midi recording or sequencing functionality.

ableton live is heralded for its ease in recording audio AND midi, its spontaneity in production overall, and its stability. Its not linear, like cubase sx. Ableton live uses a spreadsheet like matrix for arranging clips
