How Do You Set A Midi Controller In Cubase To Change A Vst Plugin Sound Patch In A Bank?

Control change =0 with value of 0 for voices and 127 for drums
control change=32 sets the patch in the bank so for example in xg sounds program change= 34 control change =32 value 43 changes the the finger bass into finger slap bass.

I'm sure vst plug ins use ythe same msb and lsb patch info.
