Soundcard Problems With Asus A8N-VM CSM?

I just built a pc with a Asus A8N-VM CSM.

Problem is the SoundMax audio driver for my onboard sound card does not work, it says the hardware is not found. How can that be? I'm trying to install the drivers for the mobo soundcard, using the mobo driver CD.

Has anyone else experienced a similar problem?

How do I fix this, I need sound!!!

Run bios and enable sound onboard
Your sound card is on-board and it might be disabled
I think that's it.
