Soundcard Problems With Asus A8n-Ve Csm?

I just built a pc with a Asus A8N-VE CSM

prolem is the SoundMax audio drver, for my onboard sound card does not work, it says the hardware is not found - how can that be, I'm trying to install the drivers for the mobo soundcard, using the mobo driver cd?

has anyone else experienced a similar problem?

How do I fix this, I need sound!!!

Run bios and enable sound on bord
your sound card is on board and it might be put on disable
