What is the difference between a creative x-fi extreme music soundcard and the soundcard for x-fi platinum? I know the platinum has a front drive bay but i'm interested only in the actual card spec's themselves

X-Fi Xtreme Music is the soundcard packaged on its own. The Platinum edition comes packaged with the 5. 25 inch bay drive and a remote. The cards are both identical. Check the link below for card specs from Creative:
